Admission Procedure

  • Check the age criteria and enroll at the office.
  • Fill in the registration form in details.
  • Attach the required documents.
  • Submit it in the office for the verification.
  • Short-listed candidates shall be inform through telephone/E-mail.
  • Face to face conversation of the candidate parent with the principal..
  • Fee payment within a week of selection confirms the admission.
  • Note : The admission of the candidates however will be cancelled if fees is not paid within a week after selection.
  • No refund of the fees once confirmed.
  • The administrative authorities of the YBIS will have all rights to cancel the admission in case of wrong information provided in the registration form/ no proper documents submitted.

Admissions are soon going to be open at following school levels
(Class I TO X) The YBIS admission criteria are as follows:
Age Criteria:

Standard Age
STD I 6 yrs. on 30 Sep.
STD II 6 yrs. 4 months on 30 Sep.
STD III 7 yrs. 4 months on 30 Sep.
STD IV 8 yrs. 4 months on 30 Sep.
STD V 9 yrs. 4 months on 30 Sep.

Eligibility:

  • Any Nationalities
  • First come first serve basis.

Documents Required:

  • Birth Certificate (Original for class I, Copy for the remaining Classes)
  • Previous class Mark Sheet (Original)
  • Leaving Certificate (Original)
  • Address Proof (Copy)
  • Identity Proof (Copy)
  • Aadhar Card (Copy)
  • Passport(Optional)(Copy)
  • Medical Report (If any History)
  • Caste Certificate (If Applicable) (Copy)
  • Two Recent Passport Size Photograph
  • Income certificate (Copy)

Withdrawals:

a. Before withdrawing a student from the school the guardian should send an application attached in the diary at least three days in advance. Leaving certificate will be issued only after all the dues to the school have been paid in full.

b. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness and neglect of home work, disobedience and disrespect to the members of the school, staff, bad moral influence or communicable diseases harmful to other students will result in removal of the student from the school.

c. Not with standing anything in this prospectus the principal may at her/ his absolute discretion require any parent at any time to take his/her ward out of school.

Fees:

The school fees cover twelve calender months and pupils are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on the rolls. Fee once paid is not refunded .
